Switch-off registration. By this date, we need three
things from you:
- A check in the amount of $4000. This is
a non-refundable ``down payment'' on your
participation fee. We must receive your check
by the 29th. You can find our mailing address
elsewhere.
- A purchase order for the remaining balance of your participation
fee. You may fax the purchase order
to us.
- Auto-generated Polygraph reports for the workloads that you plan to run
at the Switch-off.
